our journey back to kampong...

It was on a Thursday afternoon, hubby and I picked mom up then head straight for makan. Then met up with the other two guys- Ja & Jo

We quickly finished up our lunch. Eat eat eat.
Then slurp slurp slurp. Was 'quite' full, after all that munching & drinking up ;))
The weather was alright. Not too hot not too gloomy... just nice.
After picking up Jo, we rushed home. Pack all things up and put 'em all in the car boot.
Up up, jalan lah we all.
We got off from Serian abt 2pm? 3pm, i think!
We reached Lawing abt 5pm something (if i'm not mistaken?) and the kampong, nearly dark.
But we made it after all! Yes, yahoooo! Sampai jugak kita akhirnya!!!

The village is a typical traditional long house. Still a longhouse tho. Unlike some kampong nowadays, they build separate- one house ,one house. Okay, and these... there are traditional wooden Iban longhouse.

There, and then we stayed for about 3 nights. It was fun- interesting! Layan eh go kampong, the best- being in the hutan for a while rather than staying + suffocated by the city smoke & gasses. A good escape from all technology haha... Even no network back in the kampong... Itupun if you go to the bridge, only then got a bit of network.

Well well...... kampong, fun fun fun!
All you can have there is some mozzy bites, eat eat eat and drink! and some more Fun!


Well it was a heck of a good time. Good, great time!
